1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 5-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be made within 5 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused or only minimally used for inspection.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories (if applicable).
- The item should be in a resalable condition and free from any intentional damage.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The return request is made after 5 days from the delivery date.
- The product has been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
- The original packaging or essential accessories are missing.
- The product shows excessive wear or has been intentionally damaged.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to verify that it meets the return eligibility criteria.
If your return is approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credited amount may take additional time to appear in your account.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be processed through bank transfer or another suitable refund method after the required payment details are provided by the customer.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- An incorrect item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Return Shipping
Depending on the nature of the return, customers may be required to send the product back to our designated return address. Our support team will provide complete return instructions after reviewing your request.
